"We had a serious drain blockage late at night and called Ground Flo Ltd. He responded quickly and professionally, even though it was late in the night/evening. Charlie arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved in no time. It was such a relief to have someone reliable show up when we needed help the most. Highly recommend Ground Flo for their fast, friendly, and efficient service — especially in an emergency!"
