"It is always daunting going into a project using someone for the first time, especially from past experiences. But as soon as I met Steve my mind was put at ease, his calm and easy going demeanour makes the whole process run smoothly from initial quotation to completion. He constantly keeps you in the loop of what's happening next and is backed up by a highly skilled team. They have just completed a single story extension for me in Bishops Stortford and I cannot fault the experience nor the quality of work. The whole project was run faultlessly with no stress and I am really happy with the outcome. Steve is a top guy with a great team around him. "We had a horrible job of clearing a house that I inherited; a tenant had trashed it and left it beyond dirty and full of rubbish. There was a lot of damage and the place was a complete mess. Steve did not bat an eyelid and approached the job with good humour and optimism, which was just what I needed under the circumstances. He completed the job in a month and left the home clear and tidy and in saleable condition. I cannot recommend him highly enough."
