Jo - Image 1 "Not knowing a ‘boiler man’ was daunting but we knew the was a big issue with ours. We found Greensted through a friend of a friend and from our first contact we knew they were going to do a great job. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained clearly to us after a thorough inspection and they came back to fit our new boiler just over 36 hours after their first visit. Miriam was on the phone with all the details less than an hour after it was condemned. Given the poor weather, this was fantastic news for us! The work was fantastic - they expected to have to move the flue and pipes (and therefore we were to expect some damage inside and out) but in fact they managed to fit the new boiler in where the old one was removed with very little evidence of any work having taken place. They were very clean and tidy in their work. Perfect from start to finish. We’ll definitely use them for all our DIY needs in the future. Very highly recommend."

"We're really pleased with our new combi boiler. Miriam from the office confirmed on Friday that work would start on Monday as planned. The materials were delivered promptly at 8 a.m. and Adam, the fitter, arrived straight after. Adam and Steve were very friendly and kept us updated about their progress over the three days. They completely removed our old system and installed the combi replacement. They were super-tidy and hoovered at the end of each day and always left us with water supply. Great service from Greensted Plumbing and heating."

"Great job and lovely people, both over the phone and in person. Stephen takes real pride in his work and will explain as much as you like to do with the work being done. Even helped me with setting up the warranty on a new water heater whilst we waited to test it. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!"
