"We're really pleased with our new combi boiler. Miriam from the office confirmed on Friday that work would start on Monday as planned. The materials were delivered promptly at 8 a.m. and Adam, the fitter, arrived straight after. Adam and Steve were very friendly and kept us updated about their progress over the three days. They completely removed our old system and installed the combi replacement. They were super-tidy and hoovered at the end of each day and always left us with water supply. Great service from Greensted Plumbing and heating."

"Great job and lovely people, both over the phone and in person. Stephen takes real pride in his work and will explain as much as you like to do with the work being done. Even helped me with setting up the warranty on a new water heater whilst we waited to test it. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!"

"I have managed to contact Grenstead plumbing company on 04/09/25 speaking to Miriam the manager, she conducted herself so helpful and carrying, managed get the information and replied very shortly after discussing the issue with Stephen the boss, gave appointment next day Friday 05/09/25 early afternoon. Stephen arrived with clear instant plan to solve the problem. He managed to explain the matter in very simplistic way, very experienced, calm, confident and quick. Helped to do a job of kitchen fitter and plumber. As family we are pleased with Stephen work, proved very experienced and real boss. Miriam has been very helpful and carrying.
