He explained the problem without any hard selling. We chose to change the lock and Richard explained the dufferent options and prices which were reasonable.     "Reliable professional Locksmith retrieved a broken key from front door and serviced the lock enabling spare to be used also advised due to wear might be good to replace Barrel due to age of lock however didn't insist this was immediately required, the price for the work was agreed prior and was kept despite the work probably taking a number of attempts to complete and removal and refitting of Barrel."
