"Charlie responded really quickly to my request for help when I had an unexpected leak. He even resolved the couple of other radiator leaks without charging me extra as he did the work within an hour. He was also really sympathetic to the fact that I was working from home. Ive asked Charlie for a quote for some more work and he’s already messaged to say he’s waiting for some further details from suppliers. I've had some bad experiences with plumbers in the past, so it was great to meet someone so helpful, conscientious and value for money. Thanks Charlie"
