"Mihail is extremely competent, considerate and kind. Whenever he identified a potential issue in our flat, he would have a proposed solution and work tirelessly to fix it. He ultimately identified a significant leak below our house and was able to fix it within a week. We trust him so much that he’s working on another project only a week later to help with the venting of our utility room. I can’t recommend his services enough!"
