Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

Glenns Roofing Services comes highly recommended for reliable, high-quality roofing and exterior work carried out by Glenn with his brother Lee (and occasionally Dave/other team members). Customers describe them as punctual and courteous—often arriving exactly when promised—and impressed by how tidy the site stays, with thorough clean-ups after every visit.

What Customers Say

  • Impeccable flat roofing and repairs: Reviews highlight standout results on flat roofs, including “flat roof with additional rubber layers” and quick leak-fixing, with customers reporting areas remaining dry and heavy rain no longer causing “waterfalls down the front of my house.”
  • Polite, punctual and efficient teamwork: Glenn and Lee are repeatedly praised as “complete gentleman,” with one customer noting they “arrived exactly at 8m like they said” during a heatwave and “grafted from start to finish.”
  • Transparent quotes and value for money: Many say Glenn is “fully transparent” and knowledgeable, providing fair pricing (with “no unwanted surprises”) and often suggesting smart options like deep guttering.
  • 0 missed appointments in the past 6 months

"Another super job, in fact several jobs, carried out by Glenn and Lee. The Flat roof with additional rubber layers, is a standout feature, looks like it could withstand a monsoon! We had roof repair works, window maintenance ( gaps/cracks), all windows & ledges painted, new guttering and fascia boards. Top quality work, clean, tidy, and courteous all times. Highly recommended!"

Helen Smith - Image 1 "Had Glenn and Dave come out to fix a problem with my roof and brick work . They turned up exactly at 8m like they said , both were complete gentleman . It was during a heatwave so I expect Ted them to cancel but no they arrived and grafted from start to finish . I offered them drinks but they had their own . Complete gentlemen . Lovely. Friendly and caring . They completed the job fast and efficiently and did the most amazing job . Even went on to paint the front of the house for me . Would highly recommend"

"Glenn was punctual, polite and friendly. Very pleased with the works carried out which we feel are to a high standard. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the works and reasoning. Very tidy and cleaned up after every visit. Lee his colleague was also helpful, friendly and punctual. As well as replacing our flat roofs Glenn and Lee replaced guttering and fascia boards. We would highly recommend them."
