We know that every customer is different and that you may have questions you want to ask before getting a plumber in. Our team is on hand to help you and will do their best to provide you with the guidance you need to get the job done.

Hourly rates £85, parking, congestion charge fees & rubbish disposal costs will all be included to the final bill (if applicable).
We charge a minimum of one hour for each job. Any charges for work carried out after the first hour will be made per 15 minute period.
Materials provided by Gill Property Maintenance Service Ltd will be subject to VAT and charged at trade price + 20% markup.

"Really professional, friendly and clear about the work required. He fixed an overflowing toilet, including removing and reinstalling the pan. Even though the job was not straight forward he made sure it was completed to a really high standard. Very happy with the service and highly recommend."

"John came out very promptly and helpfully researched what would work best for me and gave me a few choices and prices. As soon as the parts arrived he came round and got started. As often happens he came across a few hitches but just got on with the job and ended up working until 9pm on a Saturday evening to catch up and finish the job! John's also a really nice guy and interesting to talk to if you can stop him working for 5 minutes :) I've since used John for other jobs too..."
