"After initial enquiry re replacing 4 windows, Kai contacted me promptly to discuss the requirements, giving an estimated cost then coming round a couple of days later to measure up. As soon as he had the glass he came round install the windows, which he made a nice job of and left the work area spotless. I found him to be polite and professional and wouldn't hesitate to use him again."
