Thomas Edward - Image 1 "I called GEM 24/7 as my shower was not draining and my boiler had stopped working. Leigh from GEM arrived and diagnosed the problem to be linked to an incorrectly installed shower macerator. New pump macerator was installed, which had waste pipes from shower and boiler connected to. New outflow piping was installed too. Leigh and his colleague explained everything they were doing, all through the job. Great service, good value for money , and most importantly working shower and boiler!!"
