"Matt responded very promptly to my emergency call on Sunday. He was friendly, considerate and very efficient. He replaced two door locks and provided sets of keys for both. His work was of the highest quality and the cost was more than reasonable. In addition he was very reassuring in what was a worrying and stressful stressful situation. The customer care was exceptional and I received a follow up call the next day to check that I was ok and that I was happy with the work carried out. I would highly recommend Gearing Locksmiths.
