"I recently had my boiler replaced and couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, John was professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in his work. What really stood out, though, was how open, honest, and friendly he was throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured or confused. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is genuinely straightforward and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. An excellent tradesman and a genuinely nice guy.
