"A request for 2 tasks was made around 09:30 on 05/01/24. These were both completed between 14:45 and 16:00 on the same day. Both repairs/fixes were undertaken urgently to prevent injury / accident to a vulnerable adult."

"Meddyg maintenance team were in attendance at a neighbours residence. When I explained my problems he came over immediately to assess the work& explained how he intended to proceed.He was extremely helpful & professional. Was very impressed"
