"Frank came to assess the work the same day I contacted him and then came back the following day (a Saturday) to carry out the work. I couldn't fault his professionalism and his attention to detail to ensure our shower was up and running again and he also took the time to explain what was needed going forward. "I can’t recommend Frank from Gas & Elec Solutions enough. My boiler broke unexpectedly and he came out the same day to take a look. He was really friendly, helpful and reassuring from the start, and explained everything clearly. He then organised a new boiler installation within a few days, which was such a relief, and he did an excellent, tidy job. He also helped with a few extra small plumbing jobs while he was here, took care of sourcing all the parts and materials and still charged a very fair price for everything. He took the time to show me how to use the new boiler and controls properly and made sure I was comfortable with everything before he left. He even recommended other reliable tradespeople to help with unrelated jobs around the house, which I really appreciated. Professional, efficient, honest and genuinely helpful – I’ll definitely be using him again in the future. Thank you!"
