"I would highly recommend G J Smith Roofing. They recently completed some repairs to my roof, replacing a number of broken and missing tiles, and I was extremely pleased with the service throughout. They were efficient, punctual and polite, and kept me well informed about when the work would be carried out. There were a few unavoidable delays due to poor weather, but they communicated these clearly and kept me updated on revised timings. The work was completed professionally and with minimum disruption. Excellent communication and a reliable, friendly service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

"Jonny, one of the roofers, clearly a very skilled man, showed me his work which was neat and professional, which I would expect. What I didn't expect was photos of all stages of work to be shown to me, which showed a real craftsman at work. On the batons, which no one will ever see again, they were precisely straight, the corners were cut in, and with my Royal Engineers' eye, the repairs had the primary water seal, a secondary and make safe. Short of a tropical monsoon combined with a hurricane, that bit of roof will never let in any water. This is the second roofing job GJ Smith has done for me. I am sat under a 12 year old flat roof which has never leaked. You're in safe hands with this company. Fast, clean, professional and friendly."

"From first call with Liam to ask for a quote right through to the completion of the roof works, all of the staff have been professional, polite, tidy and friendly. The team onsite explained the work they had done really clearly and what they found when they removed the tiles to complete the repair. Liam explained the process clearly on the phone, then came to look at the work exactly when he said he would, listened to what I'd found and what I was concerned about, then completed a thorough inspection of the roof before explaining what he felt needed repairing with photographs he had taken during the inspection. The quote came quickly and was broken down with full list of work. Once accepted, the scaffolding was arrange quickly and the work started exactly when planned. No issues at any point and no hidden costs, Really appreciate the whole team. Thank you."
