    "Aaron and an apprenticeship arrived when they said they would. They discovered a problem which made the job slightly bigger than planned, but they stayed longer and got it finished, which was much appreciated. They left everything neat and tidy and showed us their work before they left. Aaron was excellent at communicating the problem, very helpful and we will definitely use this business again. Thanks!"

    "Quick response with replying to my message and the guy who was sent out (Aaron) I couldn’t fault in no way, very polite and professional. But was charged £84 pounds for him to simply lift up the button of my toilet and press it a couple of times. Toilet needed no repair other than to simply lift the button up and for that price seems quite the rip off. I would rather of been advised of the solution and saved myself a lot of money. Not sure how that job could’ve cost the business that much which took all of 5 minutes, happy to pay call out fee and Aaron was a good asset to the business but seems a rip off."
