"Initially David had to resolve an issue of a leaking gutter joint, which he did, but I had also asked him to review all of the guttering and advise if there were other points which might require attention - David took pictures of the various areas to consider for attention and I was happy with what he was pointing out and as a consequence I asked David to rectify all of the issues"
