"Many thanks to FRBS for kindly replacing the missing edging from my roof when they were working across the road. The design of their new roof is incredible and gives the house so much more appeal. Definitely a worthwhile improvement. I am impressed with the team who have worked tirelessly despite the heat. Don't know how they coped but they did. Your time and expertise is much appreciated. Thanks again for your kindness."

"FRBS deserves not 5 but 15 stars for everything: Replacing the whole roof (incl. flooring attic, installing a window), investigating and fixing a worrying full thickness crack in a wall, re-rendering a huge surface area and helping with repairs and tips elsewhere. I simply can't stop staring at my now waterproof and VERY smart looking (£-increased) house! Keywords: Friendly (not just polite), prompt, informative, clear communication, giving choices, creative, fast, great quality, VERY competitive price and never dismissing my questions or ideas (female, 54yrs old). I feel extremely lucky to have found 'my crew' to lean on for future work - a fence being next! Massive thanks to 'boss' James, Ian, office staff and the wonderful, hardworking scaffolders, roofers, carpenter and roughcasters. My SPECIAL hero, though, is project manager Connor who brought it all perfectly together with his exeptional patience, skill and in the face of great adversity (some fickle neighbours)👌"
