Four Seasons Landscapes

"Hired to lay artificial grass which they laid the wrong way round. On completion of the job I noticed that the grass looked a completely different colour from one direction than the other. Trader said this was because of the way the grass had been rolled up in the warehouse and in the next month it would straighten. I quickly found through professional grass layers and artificial grass companies that the correct way to lay grass is with the blades facing toward the house giving the most aesthetically pleasing look. When I challenged trader on this he denied it despite my evidence. I repeatedly told him I was unhappy with the job and asked for a new piece of grass. Thus ensued weeks of chasing finally culminating in him turning up on my door step once I’d said I would write a review. He agreed to lay a new piece of grass, I even agreed to pay half the cost. He finally said he’d fit it last weekend (October). He never showed up and hasn’t responded to any of my messages since."
