"We needed to replace our 27 year old boiler and asked Fossil to come and talk through our needs and quote for the job. From beginning to end the service we received was excellent. Chris was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements. The quote was given quickly and was competitive and detailed. The work commenced on a date to suit us and was completed within the estimated time scale. The guys who did the work were friendly, efficient and professional and left everything tidy and complete. We were extremely impressed and couldn’t be more thrilled with our new boiler. We will definitely be getting our new boiler serviced annually with Fossil and I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends…in fact I already have. A top class company that puts the customer first."
