    "Tom, and subsequently his team, have been working for me for many years, predating the formation of Formally Wild. They are polite, courteous and hard working. Their instructions are to keep the garden in good order, rather than any specific tasks, and they're happy to work with this little direction. Recently a large branch fell off my willow tree. I sent a text to Tom and within days he'd recommended the fix (a pollard), negotiated a good price, organised access and ensured the area was left tidy. What could've been a stressful job in an area outside my comfort zone was simplicity itself."
