    "Absolutely made up with my new bathroom. Dean also fitted my shower and panels. Both Dean and Cameron are professional, clean working, punctual and fare priced. The picture was taken by myself so may not do it justice. The bathroom was practically a full rip out, and I can't thank them enough."

    "The trader did all our radiators however his job wasn’t done properly and every time the heat comes out a lot of noise would come. A third party informed me he did not secure the pipes properly."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt you received a disappointing level of service. I remember the job well; it was quite a tricky system. We did return to investigate the cause of the noises, lifting boards in the front bedroom and on the landing, and we confirmed that the pipes were secure. On a separate visit, we also added automatic air vents to some of the upstairs radiators in an effort to help resolve the issue. As we didn’t hear back from you afterwards, I had assumed the problem had been sorted. We definitely made every effort to identify and resolve the issues. Firwood Plumbing & Heating takes great pride in its work, and I’m sorry that on this occasion you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations."

    "Professional from start to finish, Dean went the extra mile to make everything spot on. Had a new boiler installed along with loads of new radiators along with a new sink. Highly recommend. Cheers Dean"
