    "John and his team were exceptional. We urgently needed a new roof and John give me a very reasonable quote. His team were super efficient and did the work quickly and to a very high standard. His communication was excellent and we felt supported and listened to through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend John and his team - we really stuck gold when we found them!"

    "John and team have done a couple of jobs for me now and on both occasions they’ve been great. Very clear communication of the work to be done, everyone turned up when they said they would, the work was completed to a high standard, and they tidied up after themselves. I’d definitely recommend."

    "John and his company did an excellent job repainting the front of my house and also refurbishing the roof. Communication by John was excellent from the outset and throughout the project. The team was always onsite punctually and they worked long hours and efficiently to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the end result and would definitely use them again."

    "First Rate leaves a very professional image to me when I made an appointment with John asking for price quotation. John explained in details the works to be done and duration. The team delivered good quality work in a very efficient and professional manner. They finished my front pitched tile roof in 3 working days with a team of 3 to 4 members presence at the same time. With great work delivered in well coordinated manner, the company is highly recommended."
