"The work carried out was very professional and quickly completed. The roofers were polite and friendly. "We found Michael and his team via a leaflet through the door and then looked at previous reviews. Michael promptly came to look and quote for the job. Throughout the whole process Michael was in communication with us and on-site daily to oversee his team. The job was a removal of moss from townhouse rooftops. (It was in a very bad state!) Whilst there, the team noticed that some of the roof pointing was rotting, Michael drove 60 miles to find the discontinued roof tiles and replace them. Did a thorough clean up post job. And even helped to release some stick windows we had. Our roofs have been transformed beyond recognition. Michael and the entire team were efficient, reliable, trustworthy, reassuring, polite, communicated the entire way through, with very competitive costs. No additional surprise ‘extra’s’ thrown in (like we’ve had in the past!) The project finished on time. Cannot recommend highly enough!"
