    "I had an issue with my orangery roof leaking after a heavy downpour one evening during the lock down. Jack responded to my enquiry immediately and was around to take a look the following morning (practicing great social distancing). He diagnosed a problem with inadequate guttering around the lantern and provided a couple of options to resolve it. We decided the best long term solution was to remove the guttering completely, build a frame around the base of the lantern and install lead flashing to direct the water onto the flat roof where it would drain properly. He came two days later and completed the work. I’m very pleased as aesthetically it looks a lot better than the old guttering. We had a lot of rain this week and the new leading worked brilliantly. Would highly recommend."

    "Jack & his team have done a great job. Keeping updated all through the work, explaining new requirements as they arose. With a house like ours built in 1703 will always happen. All was dealt with clearly and professionally. The result was clear to see, amazing! The covid-19 has halted work for the front porch, but Jack keeps in contact assuring me that his team are ready to go and not to worry. Great job, great value! Thoroughly recommend!"
