    "I had a 7m x 2.5m garage built of preformed concrete panels that i required removed. 2 quotes from local contractors prior were twice as expensive as Excel and both said it would take 2 days. Gareth, Corey and Brian from Excel turned up bang on time and had the garage down, the ground cleared and swept up in just under 6 hours. They were meticulous in ensuring utility feeds were not damaged. I would definitely recommend. James, York"

    "Excel have done a great job at a competitive price. Guys were great, very knowledgeable and hard working. Communication was mostly excellent - only bone of contention was the many reminder texts and emails all said 8.30 start and it was actually 10am. Apparently it was the auto reminders which were incorrect but it sets up the feeling that the men are late when in fact they're not. These need to be amended to manage expectations. Also they didn't have record of my guttering so had to go out to get that. But overall really good."
