"Elyas was instructed by us to design, prepare and submit a double detached garage conversion application, he came highly recommended and did not disappoint, always available to answer and queries and very knowledgeable, successfully challenged a refused application and supported throughout the whole process, I would not hesitate to recommend and have already passed his details to friends and family"
