    "From the first contact to completion of the roofing work, Steve was reliable, polite and consistent regarding progress. He provided me with photographic evidence whilst on the roof, confirmed immediately if weather conditions prevented them working that day and provided evidence for any unseen extra work required, with a price before proceeding.
