"Lewis came twice for two different jobs and on both occasions was equally good. On the first occasion he came with a colleague to deal with a tricky issue. A chimney pot cap had been dislodged and landed in a very awkard place on a high roof. In perilous condition and with several ladders they managed to retrieve it, find a replacement and put it back in place. Well done! On the second occasion he sealed some gaps on a roof under a window. Again good work. He even asked less than the quote for this. Rare! Therefore altogether very pleased with work done by efficient and cheerful people. Thank you."
