"A big advantage of Essex Prestige Doors is the lack of salesmen at the beginning of the process - the guys who came round and did the initial survey were the installers. Before leaving they gave me a price for the whole job and took my deposit there and then. Subsequent dealings with the office team to arrange an installation date and pay the balance went smoothly. On the day of installation Ryan and Harry arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently. They were polite and courteous at all times and cleaned the garage before leaving. The new garage door looks great and works perfectly. Overall a great experience with Essex Prestige Doors so I have no trouble recommending them."

"One of the pulley cables snapped on my 50 year old "up and over" garage door. I searched on TrustaTrader and found Essex Prestige Doors Ltd. I was concerned that whoever I used would force me into buying an expensive replacement instead of repairing it. I needn't have worried with Essex Prestige Doors. I spoke to the very helpful and friendly Kerry at 13:45 and by 15:35 the cheerful and extremely skilled partnership of Ryan and Harry had replaced both cables and I had a perfectly working garage door! Both Ryan and Harry warned me that due to the age of the door and more specifically, the tension spring, may be too dry and fatigued to handle the new tension, which could mean replacing the door. However, they also said that their aim was to repair the door at the lowest expense to me - thankfully that was the case and they lubricated all moving parts without extra expense. I highly recommend the company for their honest, efficiency, value for money and skills. Thank you"

Helen - Image 1 "Absolutely brilliant company, friendly and helpful office staff. Ryan and Terry who quoted and fitted my garage door were efficient, reliable and on time for each visit. I really couldn’t fault them or their work. Would definitely recommend them and have already asked them to quote on more jobs as they fit front doors too."
