"John and his team completed an extensive amount of work on our property, including re-pointing the back and side of the house, removing both chimneys, repairing the roof, re-rendering the front of the house and painting the front of the house. John and his team were punctual, polite, professional and evidently extremely knowledgeable and expertise in their trade. Throughout each stage of work, John ensured he updated and consulted both my mother and myself to ensure we were both in agreement and satisfied with tasks to be completed. I was impressed with the kind, patient and understanding manner in which John communicated with my elderly, disabled mother; this commendable type of customer service is rare. On days when I was not available, I was kept fully up to date by John and my mother was not disturbed at all. On completion, our property was left immaculately clean and tidy.
