"Gareth came out early on a Sunday morning on an emergency call out to my parents house to fix a water problem (my elderly mum had left the tap on all night which had flooded the downstairs). Gareth was onto the problem straight away, keeping me updated with videos and identifying the best way to deal with the problem and making the house safe. As I live nearly 3 hours away, I cannot praise enough the professional way that Gareth dealt with the problem. He was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend."
