    "We had an issue with our underfloor heating thermostat. Darren answered our initial call promptly, came the next day at 9am and within an hour had identified the issue, sourced the replacement part, installed a new thermostat, tidied up and completed the job. A very professional and impressive customer experience."

    "Darren from EPG specialists has been servicing my gas boiler for the last few years and I’ve found him to be very professional, capable and punctual. Darren also installed my boiler few years ago and has been servicing it since. Unlike other quotes I received for installation, Darren did not recommend the expensive brands straightaway and instead helped me understand my options based on my requirements. I would definitely recommend Darren for such work."
