    "We had a complex property and garden upgrade completed by Sam ep8. They did a great job on installing a brand new bathroom, erection of a sound resistant fence for our back garden. They installed a new patio including cleaning and repointing the old patio to blend in and putting up a splendid pergola. They made built in window seats for the bedrooms, and completely redecorated the upstairs of the house including. The key thing throughout was the extremely professional level of communication. He is a genius with spreadsheets and paperwork. Sam let us know exactly what was happening, answered the phone or responded on the project WhatsApp group. He discussed the time and cost implications of changes we made as we went along. He seemed to revel in challenge, has an awesome sense of design, and insists on high standards from his sun contractors. I cannot recommend ep8 highly enough"
