"Excellent job to change an old leaking toilet, which proved tricky, but was installed efficiently, with excellent attention to detail. Explained what he had done afterwards and was very clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend and would certainly use for plumbing and heating jobs."

"I would highly recommend Eddie from EM Plumbing & Heating. He provided a no-obligation quote which was very competitive, and from start to finish the service was excellent. Eddie fitted two radiators for me – one in the conservatory and a beautiful column radiator in the bathroom – and the quality of his workmanship was outstanding. He also carried out a full service on my boiler on the same day, which was completed efficiently and professionally. I am extremely pleased with all the work carried out. Eddie was polite, cheerful, and professional throughout. He showed great respect for my home, wearing boot covers and ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy while he worked. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up thoroughly and left absolutely no mess behind. It's refreshing to find a tradesman who takes such pride in his work and delivers such a high standard of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Eddie again and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber and heating engineer."

"I had previously got Eddie to help with a leaky bathtub and was very happy then. This time we had a leaky mains water stop tap. Eddie and his colleague worked very efficiently to fix it. Good service and a nice guy!"
