    "We were very lucky to have found the company 'Elite' as our combi boiler was on it's last legs. I had read the reviews on trust a trader and was impressed by what their customers had written about this company. They came on the chosen date, on time. Carl and Michael were really lovely, very professional and worked hard all day to get the job done. They booked a Cherry picker as the flew had to be reached from the roof, so I would give them a 10 out of 10 for efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. They left the place spotless as they had brought their own Henry vacuum! What more would you want from a Tradesman? One last thing, Jennifer in the office was lovely too, it was her that organised everything. So thank you to all those working for Elite Heat Management. I would definitely recommend this company."

    "Had a fireplace and gas fire moved from one room to another, with the existing fireplace boarded up. An excellent job was done with great care and experience. Whole experience with EHM from start to finish was very professional and great service. Thanks so much!"

    "I had a callout from my home emergency insurances gas engineer. He advised me that I needed a new boiler as it had leaked and had serious corrosion. When I asked him to close my boiler and I was going to order a new boiler from Boxt he said that I should use a local heating specialist. He made the call to Elite at 3.30 on Jan. 2nd & I asked how quickly they could fit a new Baxi. They advised next day starting at 8.30 and agreed a price. The engineer arrived next morning at 8.30 on the button and by 3.30 the new boiler was fitted and I had heating and hot water. The price was ~ £500 less than Boxt wanted for an equivalent Worcester boiler. We were gobsmacked by the service is a good way."

    "Outstanding work completed at my parents property by Elite Heat Management. Contacted them they attended and looked what work I required initially it was to replace a radiator, also got them to carry out a couple of other plumbing jobs that I needed doing. Sent a very reasonable quote that day and we arranged the visit. Carl attended all work carried professionally and efficiently, friendly and informative I will be contacting them for any other work that maybe need in the future. I would highly recommend this company."
