"Dan and his team were great. Polite and courteous but above all very professional and conscientious. Dan answered any messages quickly and thoroughly. They repaired my gates and also serviced them. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no mess. Cannot recommend highly enough, will definitely be using again."

"Unfortunately, there were issues from the start of installation. Failed to turn up on the days expected. Inadequate installation resulting in complete failure of the gate. The traders were unprofessional with intimidating conduct. They repaired the gate eventually, unfortunately it still doesn’t close properly, they are no longer answering my calls to fix the issue. Never have we experience such unprofessional behaviour from a company. I would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We supplied and installed a fully functioning sliding electric gate. Unfortunately, several weeks after installation, the gate was damaged following an impact with a motor vehicle, which was acknowledged at the time and caused damage to both the gate and its foundations. Although payment for the installation was already overdue, we carried out the necessary repairs to the gate at no charge in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. Following this, we have decided not to continue with further business. We encourage anyone reading this review to look through our other reviews to gain a broader understanding of our work and service. Kind Regards Elite Access And Electrical Ltd"
