Gregory Crammond - Image 1 "I do not recommend this company! I can only warn you before as afterwards is to late! Incompetent decorator sent , they had to take the whole decoration cost off bill as it was such a mess , now paint outside is blistering due to poor application but they refuse to return to fix it , I had held £500 back but wish I had held more back as it’s going to cost way more than that to get it redone, I would avoid this company!"
Trader reply: "I need to set the record straight clearly and without ambiguity. All work included in the original quote was completed in full. You then requested additional tasks outside the agreed scope, including the removal of decking sections. Despite the extra time and labour involved, I applied a substantial discount as a goodwill gesture. The invoice for this completed work remains unpaid. As is standard practice, no further attendance or remedial work will take place until the outstanding balance is settled in full. I must also address the conduct experienced on site. Several interactions were confrontational, inconsistent with previous agreements, and created an unnecessarily hostile working environment. This behaviour made it impossible to maintain a constructive professional relationship. To avoid further escalation and to bring the matter to a close, I reduced the final cost significantly and completed the work to a high standard regardless of the circumstances. My business operates with integrity, transparency, and professionalism at all times. I expect the same level of respect and honesty in return. I wish you well moving forward."
