"John did a full-scale renovation of my Victorian flat between May and September 2025. It is a very old building which had barely been touched since the late 19th century, and was a challenging project which required a lot of patience, skill and endurance! John has completely transformed my flat, including a stunning restoration of my original floorboards and a really amazing new kitchen and bathroom. He was very good at helping me with the design aspect, particularly in relation to recreating heritage features. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him for any job."

"Elephant Estates are a standout company. John is exactly the sort of guy you want doing work in your home. Polite, personable, and a fantastic builder. He was able to support us with the council demands and was able to explain things to us when we didn't understand. He worked hard, doing full days at our place week in week out. He disposed of waste carefully. He did an all around fantastic job building a partition wall in our home and fitting out a small (awkwardly shaped) bathroom. Thankyou!"
