"I have used Carlos at elecgas and electrical heating multiple times for my flats in the south east. With living in Liverpool it’s always hard trying to find reliable traders to carry out relevant works required to properties by landlords but Carlos is a godsend . He always does my gas certificate inspection at my flat in Clapham on an annual basis. As soon as I contact him to ask for it to be carried out I get a response within an hour from izabelA to say when the work can be carried out. It is always quickly carried out too to a very high standard . He has carried out other work for me at the flat where the electrical wiring was very old standing and updated me to a modern system. I have had carlos carry out work for me in Slough too and that was no bother too. If you’re living in London or need work carried out in London properties Carlos is your man. Keep up the good work Carlos!"
