    "Relatives abroad decided to to visit us this summer. The pressure was on. Having seen complimentary comments about Mark's work we contacted him. He came to see us quickly and was generous with his advice, which we found invaluable, especially as he was able to help shape our ideas. We were concerned that our short time-scales would be impossible to meet but Mark put himself out to ensure the work could be completed. The quality of his work is excellent. He was tidy and always cleared up each day. He was happy to discuss the work and the plan as he progressed.
