"After we lost our power circuits Sunday night/Monday morning we called Vitor and he visited promptly later on Monday am. He investigated possible sources of the problem and gave us advice. After further problems with our power supply (outages) he re-visited on Tuesday am and with his help we were able to pinpoint the central heating (c.h.) controls as the root cause. This enabled us to restore power to the other power circuits and advise our c.h. maintenance people, who came out and replaced a faulty c.h. circulating pump. All back to normal now. Very grateful to Vitor for his prompt visits and his friendly, courteous advice."
