"Richard was incredibly helpful and came to assess the flat multiple times to make sure we took the right approach. His work was of excellent quality despite having to battle with some very old legacy electrics. Richard always strove to do the right thing but kept an eye on minimising the disruption to the property. I would definitely recommend him to others."

"Extensive range of remedial works undertaken in a rental property including change of consumer unit and all light fittings. Richard is knowledgeable, polite and responsive. He dealt with issues as they arose, keeping me informed and advising appropriate options. Quote was competitive and work appears to be of a high standard. I would definitely recommend."
