"I have asked Jack to service the water cylinder of my rented property. The booking and paying process was very smooth. He issued me with an invoice and certificate of service a couple of hours after the job. Reliable, trustworthy and efficient"

"Elliot to the rescue again ! Today he sorted a blockage and fitted a new toilet and pipework after it flooded . 2 weeks ago Jack assessed a leak in the cold water pipes in my kitchen which Elliot replaced . Both Jack and Elliot were prompt , polite , thorough , informative, hard working and tidied up after themselves . We were happy with both jobs and would definately use them again , highly recommend The Plumber ltd !"

"He made matters worse on a simple blockage job in our kitchen. Without initially snaking the pipes he used acid after just vacuuming which damaged the boiler condensate pipe overflowing acid all over the kitchen floor under the cabinets making it impossible to properly clean up thus damaging the laminates and misaligning the cabinets. He further expected us to also pay for him to repair for the damages he caused as apparently although “it’s unfortunate” that he caused a damage the customer is apparently expected to pay for the damage. He was unable to unblock a sink, caused damage, did not accept responsibility for damages caused so no we would not recommend."
Trader reply: "We visited your property to reports of a blocked kitchen sink. We used our wet/vac and drainer cleaner chemical but unfortunately was unsuccessful, we sent a report for you to forward onto the council as the blockage was further down the line within the communal pipes. After you called to say there was a leak from the pipe and you were waiting for the council to visit, we agreed you would send us their report which would let us know if the leak was indeed our fault or because of the blockage itself, but we have not heard from you since. If you're able to get in touch, we’ll get to the bottom of the situation and if there’s any mistakes on our part we’ll put this right immediately. Best Regards, Jack Cleary Director Eco-Serve Ltd"
