"We chose ECI energy for installation of our new solar PV system from 3 installers because of their excellent quote, the reviews and excellent telephone manner. Rafa and Jarek were a delight to work with before, during and after installation. Even after being given the contract Rafa managed to find better solar panels that worked out cheaper. The job was completed in 3 days and we are very happy with the installation, which also provide solar water heating, all documentation has been handed over to us. He listened to our requirements and he delivered. Rafa guided us to get through the process for new tariff with Octopus so we can export electricity to the grid. They are very knowledgeable, tidy, professional, have pleasant manner and always available to help."

"I wish I could give 100 stars for all the help and support ECI given us. When Mitsubishi couldn't deliver on time, Rafael from ECI went there directly and then picked up the unit. He fitted everything the next day. He showed nothing but pure dedication and professionalism. Just the finest example of perfect execution.
