    "Excellent service from the start. Great communication with the initial quote and scheduled a date that worked. Dave and Ian arrived on time with everything ready to go and fitted a new boiler with great efficiency. Both were clearly very experienced. They kept everything tidy as they went, cleaned up afterwards, showed me how it all works, did the registrations and explained the importance of the paperwork given with the install. I couldn't have asked for a better service and would recommend Easyfix to friends and family with confidence. Thank you both, a boiler breaking is never a good thing but the experience with Easyfix getting a new one made it better."

    Nicholas - Image 1 "They arrived promptly each day, converting my vented heating and hotwater tank to a pressurised one installing a new tank and boiler. David promptly answered my questions before the quote, before and during installation. His team of three+ were very tidy, coped with my large dogs occasionally investigating their work. They covered my carpets so they stayed clean. They also arranged after day 1 that I could heat the water using the immersion, before installing the boiler on day 2. They adjusted the cupboard for the new boiler and by the end you could not tell it was inside the cupboard. All waste materials cleared away tidily. They also put new valves on the radiators including the less common 10mm (microbore) on the ground floor. In my airing cupboard they put a stop valve that will cut off all water except one tap that will help if I update taps later on. I had the new boiler controller explained to me and how to check the pressure and top up if needed. Very happy with their work"
