"I had the privilege of hiring Richard and his team to install an LPG boiler in my cabin. It wasn’t the easiest of jobs, as it was a second-hand boiler, but they offered a very fair price and carried out a full service to ensure everything was safe and working properly. There were also some challenges with the flue positioning due to neighbouring properties, but once again they handled the issue professionally and found an effective solution by routing the flue up through the roof, causing no problems at all. They are a family-run business and clearly take pride in customer service and communication, whether by WhatsApp or phone call which is quite rare these days among tradespeople."
