Throughout the entire construction phase, their team was polite and always accommodating. Despite the extensive house works, we were able to live through the build and they provided us with a hassle-free, comfortable environment. They rarely took a day off and only briefly paused during the day for lunch! With Habib, the ever-present foreman onsite, operations ran seamlessly under his oversight. Any snagging issues were promptly and effectively addressed with precision and care, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. East Land and Construction sets an exceptionally high standard. Their commitment to excellence, paired with their outstanding customer service, surpassed all our expectations.     "Hands down the best builder I have ever worked with. I have some work planned for next year and Habib is 100% the person I will be calling again. He and his team are very professional and hugely accommodating. They take pride in their work and it shows in everything they do."

    Irina Ababii - Image 1 "East Land & Construction team was our best choise to do loft conversion, bathroom and many other project in our home. Mr Habib, demonstrated amazing knowledge in loft conversions, and not only. He always listened to all my ideas and requirements, offering creative suggestions. The team at East Land Construction are incredibly dedicated and hardworking people. They were always punctual and made sure the project stayed on schedule. Mr. Habib kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I could relax and enjoy my coffee while he and his amazing team did the best job possible. I highly recommend East Land Construction to anyone looking to do a loft conversion or any other type of building project. Their knowledge, professionalism and dedication is simply amazing.     "East Land & Construction Ltd built a side extension to our house. Moved the kitchen from one side to the other, they also built a fabulous decked patio, utility room and wet room. Habib who owns the company is 100% hands on and a great communicator and problem solver as-well as being a fantastic builder. He runs a great team and he leads by example. We are utterly delighted with the work that they have done for us. It involved moving all the utilities, it was at times very messy and noisy but everyday they left the house as tidy as can be. We live next to a school so had to build in school holidays, the school was a tricky neighbour to deal with but Habib managed it with professionalism and courtesy. Having builders in the house isn’t always easy but Habib and his team were an utter pleasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Habib often came up with some lovely ideas. We 100% recommend East Land & Construction Ltd for any building job big or small."
