East Lancs Tiling is a local tilers situated in Leigh. We have over 20 years’ experience and our friendly, reliable team of professional tile fitters are happy to take on all jobs of any size.
Tiles are often the finishing touch to a room adding an accent to bathroom and kitchen walls or floors throughout a home. Whilst many homeowners consider tiles to be purely decorative, they also serve a purpose. Tiled floors need to be durable and evenly laid to prevent tripping and kitchen and bathroom tiles must be watertight and help to protect the walls. Our tile fitters are skilled in their trade. They will lay your tiles with precision and make sure that they are fit for purpose and look great too.

"The quote increased by 40% and tiles were purchased at retail rate as ‘no trade discount available to tilers ‘, design not what was requested, reluctantly accepted amendment so that work could commence . Carpets almost ruined on stairs and hallway, casing missing of cable running to shower and bath and sink were not sealed."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. To address your comments, as we discussed throughout the process, the job became more complicated once the original tiles were removed so extra time and materials were needed to complete the job. Again, as discussed fully before the job was started, the random patterns you requested were impractical and would have led to even more time and materials being necessary. The plan was discussed and agreed by both parties. We also discussed the potential for dust deposits on the carpet and you mentioned that you were going to replace the carpets anyway. The cable casing is behind the radiator if you take a closer look. Lastly, I did offer to seal the appliances but you said that you would do that yourself; sealing is not part of the tiling process. "I had 2 tiles to be replaced Steve Peters came on time & did the job with no fuss & made a good job & cleaned up after the work was done & was reasonable priced."
